By default the maximum amount of rows to show in pop up menus are 9. You can add one more row to show a total of 10 rows now.
with Resco Registry Editor HKLM/Software/HTC/HtcMenus/PortraitMaxItemCount
Change 9 to 10 and reset.

Htc hd2 hints 31 : Add an Extra Row to Menu to Show More Options
By default the maximum amount of rows to show in pop up menus are 9. You can add one more row to show a total of 10 rows now.
